Clix Carousel

Carousel made by using several copies of a HeroClix plastic figure ("Fantastic Forces" #009 - "Moonstar"), which originally consisted of a superheroine riding on the back of a pegasus. The "carousel" itself was a display piece I found in a thrift store, minus any horses. (I'm guessing that it was originally meant to include some carousel horses, but they had been separated for some reason.) For each carousel horse, I used the horse body of the "pegasus" mount, removing the "Moonstar" rider and the wings (saving those for later conversions), and using some putty to fix up any gaps.

I then used the pole from HorrorClix #13/14, "Escape Artist." (The original figure had a figure in a restraining jacket, suspended by a chain from a pole. I had removed the figure from several copies, using it to represent patients in a mental asylum for another adventure. The remaining poles, I fused with the horse bodies for carousel horses here.)

The bases are standard Warhammer Fantasy "cavalry" plastic bases (Games Workshop).

No original sculpting is involved here. I merely re-purposed some miniatures I'd gotten on the cheap, swapping around a few parts to use for gaming purposes.
